The Trinity Lutheran Car Show is a fun-filled, car-celebrating community event scheduled for May 18, 2024. This page will help you register to show a car. Parking starts at 8 a.m. for participants and 10 a.m. for spectators.
All proceeds go to support our local veterans by benefiting Battle Buddies of Central Oregon.
FAQs:
How much is registration? It is $35 per vehicle until April 15, $40 after April 15. Each vehicle must be registered separately.
How do I register? Click “Register” on this page, and follow the prompts. There are options to register and pay online, or you may print and mail in your form with cash or check.
What is included in registration? Once your registration has been filled out and paid for a receipt will be generated. Print a copy of the receipt and bring it with you to the show. It will allow you early parking access to the event. Once in the event head over to the registration table there you will receive the placard to place on your windshield for judging.
What time does the show start? We will allow participants to enter at 8:00 am. The show will start at 10:00 am. Spectators will not be allowed to enter until 10:00 am. There will be onsite spectator parking in the dirt field behind the gym.
Will there be food available? Yes, there will be a snack bar with donuts and coffee in the morning and a Bbq lunch with snacks and drinks available.
Will there be tshirts available? Trinity Car Show t-shirts will be available on the day of the event. The first 75 registrants receive one free t-shirt, plus a goodie bag.

Event restrictions and guidelines are as follows:
We are enforcing a strict no burnout policy, and those who disobey will be removed from the show, we take this very seriously.
There are no large pop-up canopies allowed.
Due to space limitations, no trailers are allowed this year.
There will also be no honking, no smoking, no alcohol or drugs and no pets allowed.
You will be agreeing to these guidelines and restrictions as a result of your registration. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for car enthusiasts to share their passion, and for visiting families to learn more about automobile hobbies.
