ACCO – Autocross on the Mountain – Mt Bachelor

Are you ready to take on the Mountain? Final event of the season is happening on the first weekend of September at the beautiful Mt Bachelor West Village. This weekend is a little different as it’s now a 3 DAY EVENT! We’ll have our standard Autocross sessions on Saturday and Sunday (great for all levels of drivers), but on Friday we’ve added a bit of a twist…The MASTER of the MOUNTAIN competition.
The Master of the Mountain is a fun head to head battle, where you “run what you brung”. Classes are out the window as this is solely in the driver’s hands. This double elimination competition is sure to be fun as we see who can complete a short course in the quickest time with a few twists. There will be a Test and Tune session on Friday before the competition so you can get your car ready. This format will go as follows:
1. Cars compete in pairs (not wheel to wheel, but one after another).
2. Hit a cone or miss a gate and you are eliminated from the competition.
3. The car with the quickest (PAX) clean run of the pair goes back to the grid, line A, and gets in line to run again; the other car goes to line B to run in the elimination bracket.
4. This continues until only one car remains and we crown the winner of the Master of the Mountain contest.
5. A few surprises may be added, just to keep things interesting

Our schedule for this special Season Finale Weekend will be:
Friday: $45.00 (*voting members get discounts)
-Test and Tune 10:00 – 3:00 (dial in your car to be the Master)
-Master of the Mountain 4:00 start time
Saturday Autocross: $50.00 (*voting members get discounts)
-Registration 7am – 8am
-Driving begins 9am
Sunday Autocross: $50.00 (*voting members get discounts)
-Registration 7am – 8am
-Driving begins 9am
RV Parking is available for $10.00/night. You can reserve your spot during the registration process.
